Privacy Policy

We at FoleyPod are grateful to have earned your trust and your business.  We are committed to deserving that trust, and we take your privacy very seriously.

A valid email address is required register a support request with our help desk, to subscribe to one of our newsletter lists, or to enter our periodic contests.

We will never sell or give your email address to anybody, unless we are required by law to provide a record.

Here’s a breakdown of where and how we use your information.

• Our HelpDesk software is powered by ZenDesk.   Creating a profile for you enables us to track your service requests, and communicate with you throughout the course of handling your service request.  Read ZenDesk’s Privacy Policy HERE.

• Our Mailing List/Newsletters are powered by MailChimp.  When you sign up for our newsletter, you are adding your email address to the FoleyPod contact database in our MailChimp account.  Registering for the Help Desk also enters your email into our MailChimp database.  You can manually remove yourself from this database at any time.  Read MailChimp’s Privacy Policy HERE.

• FoleyPod uses Basecamp to manage our contract projects, such as website builds.  Clients are added as contacts on a project at their own request.  Only admin users on our Basecamp account have access to client email addresses.  Read the Basecamp privacy policy HERE.

• We use FreshBooks for invoicing and estimates.  We enter your email into FreshBooks for the purpose of being able to email you an invoice or an estimate.  Read FreshBooks’ Privacy Policy HERE.

FreshBooks is an invoicing service only.  They do not perform the financial transaction.  Neither FoleyPod nor FreshBooks ever has access to your credit card numbers and other billing information.  That is handled by our 2 Merchant Gateways.

• FoleyPod merchant services are provided by PayPal and Google Checkout.

  Both PayPal and Google Checkout payment methods can be accessed through any FoleyPod invoice received through the FreshBooks service.
  A valid PayPal account is not required in order to pay your bill using PayPal’s payment form.  View our payment options page to learn more.

Each service we use was carefully selected for their excellent industry reputations, and overall value they allow us to provide for our customers. We have the highest confidence in each of these service providers, and we request that you inform us the moment you should have a less-than-satisfactory experience using them.  At FoleyPod, our customers’ peace of mind comes above all else.
